Weighing Scale

A weighing scale is a device used to measure the weight of an object.
To operate a traditional balance scale, the item to be weighed is placed
on one side of the scale.

Standard weights are then placed on the opposite side until the scale
balances evenly. When the indicator is centered between both sides,
the correct weight of the item has been determined.
